ClicksAndWhistles
ClicksAndWhistles 2.7.121 is free an IRC client for Windows which supports multiple server connections and “identities” that allows you to have different nicknames on different servers.
Two text display modes (“Normal” and “Column”) are available. Unicode (UTF -8), direct chat and file transfers are supported. PNGs, JPEGs and GIFs (including animated) are supported in addition to customizable themes allowing individual window appearance to be customized with various text effects.
