Twee.li is an Adobe Air based freeware tool which enable you to chat instantly with your Twitter friends. This instant messenger will allows you to talk to whom is following you in Twitter. You can see their last tweets and DM them. Only using your Twitter account you can chat in areal time with your Twitter network.

Online friends are shown only if your friends are also using the same tool to manage Twitter.

Twitter is not a chat room, there are some exceptions and even more number of users who actually use it for chatting.
