Vypress Chat is a user-friendly application for real-time chatting in small or home office (SOHO) local networks. This unique chat software features an easy-to-understand format for text-based conferences and discussions.
It does not require an Internet connection or a dedicated server to support discussions, enables individuals to instantly communicate about joint projects,
and managers can send instantaneous memos to individuals, departments, or the entire company.
Vypress Chat requires no post-setup steps to operate and immediately offers an online user list (list of people who have Vypress Chat running in your office network) as well as their availability status (“I’m busy”, “Out of office”, “On the call”, etc).All conversations can be logged into a XML file and easily integrated into the business workflow. No data can be sent outside of your office network, so, it is completely confidential.
Works with both TCP/IP and IPX/SPX network protocols. You get an interface comparable to mIRC’s graphical IRC interface, and system tray functionality similar to that of ICQ. Also available is IP Multicast protocol support.
